Kingston’s Masonic Lodge drew its annual Monster Meat Raffle on April 9th 2014, with Kathy Wright winning the side of beef. Held at the Crown Inn Hotel, the raffle raised $1600 for the Kingston Community School Pedal Prix teams.

This year’s successful raffle had the help of the Pedal Prix

team, with teacher Craig Watson and a number of the students helping to sell tickets. Mr Watson thanked the Masonic Lodge for its generous donation and said the money was gladly received. “Pedal Prix promotes leadership, teamwork and resilience and this donation will mean this year’s team will be able to have a composite fibre vehicle,” he said.
